Discover the Meursault model, featuring 1 sliding display shelf, 11 sliding horizontal full shelves and 1 sliding half base shelf. With a generous capacity of 146 bottles*, it provides ample storage for your wine collection.
The versatility of Vin Garde cabinets means they are designed with front-venting capabilities to seamlessly adapt to your needs as either free-standing or built-in units.
Temperature can be set between 5 – 22°C.
Enhance your Vin Garde 146 bottle wine cooler cabinet with the optional seamless stainless steel framed glass door, available for an additional £80.00 (incl. VAT). Do please note that the full glass door models are 8mm deeper compared to the stainless steel glass doors.

Vin Garde Wine Cooler Shelves
The sliding shelf has a strong metal base with durable bottle retention moulding with its front crafted from beech wood, adding an attractive touch. The 1mm-thick metal base allows for more shelves and bottle capacity while providing ample space for various bottle sizes. See the note below for additional details.
Full Shelves and Display Shelves
In models like Volnay, Pommard, Meursault and Beaune, both Full and Display Shelves can be used. They include a bottom half shelf for two layers of bottles. The display shelf holds up to 14 bottles, with 9 at the rear (5 plus 4 stacked) and 5 at the front, angled for label visibility while keeping corks covered and bubbles resting lower down the bottle’s shoulder.
Volnay, Pommard, Meursault and Beaune models Full Shelf
The Full Shelf accommodates different bottle shapes effortlessly. It can hold 11 Bordeaux, 10 Burgundy, or 10 Champagne bottles. Note that some Champagne brands have thicker bottles that may not fit on this shelf. You can place them at the bottom of the 146-bottle wine cooler or remove one full shelf to create extra space for these wider bottles.

Optimal Installation for Meursault Wine Cabinets
When it comes to installing Vin Garde wine cabinets, proper placement and ventilation are crucial for optimal performance. Here’s some help on how to achieve both functionality and aesthetics:
Recess Dimensions
For Meursault models, the recommended dimensions of the recess are a minimum of W635 x D718* x H1715mm. These dimensions allow the cabinet to sit comfortably away from the wall at the rear and a sufficient aperture above the cabinet, ensuring adequate ventilation for the unit.
* Minimum depth requirement to allow at least a 30mm ventilation gap behind the cabinet.
Door Handles and Hinge Allowance
With Vin Garde cabinets, a minimum gap of 20mm is required on either side of the wine cabinet. This allows you to grip the recessed handle on one side and for the door to swing unhindered on the other side. These gaps either side of the wine cabinet can be filled with matching panels to your surrounding furniture but the edge of these panels must be sufficiently set back from the front of the wine cabinet to allow access to the recessed door handle and for the cabinet hinges to operate. They should be set back level with the edge of the cabinet.
If multiple cabinets are being installed adjacent to each other, the same requirements apply, but where possible, between the cabinets, these infill panels do not need to be the full depth of the wine cabinets as the panels are for aesthetic purposes only and a more shallow panel will further assist ventilation. Reduce the depth of the infill panels as much as is possible without risking strength and rigidity.
Wall or Furniture Aperture
To help achieve sufficient ventilation, it’s essential to create an aperture above the cabinet, in the wall or surrounding furniture. We recommend at least 100mm from the top of the cabinet.
Decorative Grille
In some cases, you can fit a decorative grille, however this may restrict ventilation in some instances. A grille can serve the dual purpose of concealing the aperture and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the installation. Please note that grilles are not included with the cabinet.
By incorporating these installation guidelines, you can improve the chances that your Meursault wine cabinet will ventilate adequately and also create an aesthetically pleasing and harmonious addition to your living space.

DELIVERY – For models held in stock, we can arrange delivery within 2 working days to postcodes in mainland England and Wales. For Scotland and islands, please contact our office for a delivery quotation.
** Prices include delivery to a ground floor location. Please contact us to arrange a quote for delivery to an upper floor location.
On the day of delivery the driver will call you when about 1 hour away from you.
Our two-man delivery team will deliver the cabinet to the location required and remove the packaging. You can switch on the cabinet once it has settled in place for 24 hours (to protect the compressor after moving the cabinet).
