Shelving Options

The last two digits of the model code indicate the shelving option:

• 14 = Custom shelving

For ‘H’ models, the recommended recess dimensions are H1859 x W862 x D370mm. These dimensions allow the cabinet to sit comfortably away from the wall at the rear, ensuring adequate ventilation for the unit.

Wall Aperture

To guarantee sufficient ventilation, it’s essential to create an aperture in the wall above the cabinet. This is especially important if there is no existing ventilation at the rear of the cabinet.

Decorative Grille

In most cases, we recommend fitting a decorative grille with a width of 862mm (please note that the grille itself is not included). This grille serves the dual purpose of concealing the aperture and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the installation.

Frame Overlap

The thickness of the frame overlap on the wall will vary depending on the chosen frame type. For the Linear frame type, the overlap is 10mm, ensuring a sleek and minimalist appearance. If you opt for the Dune frame type, the overlap increases to 14mm, adding a touch of distinctive style to your cabinet installation.

For ‘M’ models, the recommended recess dimensions are H1859 x W862 x D540mm. These dimensions provide ample space for the cabinet to sit comfortably away from the wall at the rear, allowing for optimal ventilation.

Just like with the ‘H’ models, it’s essential to create an aperture in the wall above the cabinet. This ensures that warm air can escape, especially if there is no existing ventilation at the rear of the cabinet.

Delivery

Teca models offer a vast array of options which mean it is not practicable to hold stock in the UK. Therefore, all models are made to order in the factory in Italy for delivery in the UK in approximately 6 – 8 weeks.

Once the cabinet has been delivered into our warehouse we will contact you to finalise delivery arrangements.

We can arrange next day delivery to most postcodes if we receive your order before 10.30 a.m. If received later in the day, delivery will be on the following day or any day thereafter (not weekends or public holidays). See the list below for those postcodes to which we are unable to offer this service.

Our two-man delivery team will set up your cabinet ready to switch on and remove the packaging. You can switch on the cabinet once it has settled in place for 2 hours (to protect the compressor after moving the cabinet).

Delivery does not include fitting the cabinet into furniture and if a third man or lifting equipment is required, this will be chargeable.

A.M OR P.M – You can specify an a.m or p.m delivery on a specific day at a supplement of £25.00 incl VAT (not weekends or public holidays)

TIMED DELIVERY – You can specify a specific time, within  +/- 30 minutes, at a supplement of £85.00 (not weekends or public holidays).
