Shelving options

The two numbers at the end denote the type of shelving:

10 = Horizontal bottles

12 = Bottles at a display angle

14 = A mixture of different shelf types (custom shelving)

Temperature Settings

Adjusting the fan control and temperature settings allows you to vary the temperatures achieved within the cabinet.

Internal Finishing

Anodized Aluminium as the standard finish, which can be customised to a matt black finish.

Security

A flap in the lower base, beneath the doors, conceals the locks and temperature controller while allowing access when needed. Therefore, the lock has been removed from the upper section of the frames and covers.

Model shown above TBD-H14 with a black finish. All ‘H’ shallow-depth models must be fixed to the wall with brackets supplied with the cabinet on delivery.

Optimal Installation for ‘H’ Model Cabinets: Ventilation and Aesthetics

When it comes to installing ‘H’ model cabinets, proper placement and ventilation are crucial for optimal performance. Here’s how to achieve both functionality and aesthetics:

Recess Dimensions

For ‘H’ models, the recommended recess dimensions are W864 x D410* x H1860mm. These dimensions allow the cabinet to sit comfortably away from the wall at the rear, ensuring adequate ventilation for the unit.

* Minimum depth requirement to allow at least a 30mm ventilation gap behind the cabinet.

Wall Aperture

To guarantee sufficient ventilation, it’s essential to create an aperture in the wall above the cabinet. This is especially important if there is no existing ventilation at the rear of the cabinet.

Decorative Grille

In most cases, we recommend fitting a decorative grille with a width of 80cm x2 cm (160cm²), please note that the grille itself is not included. This grille serves the dual purpose of concealing the aperture and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the installation.

Frame Overlap

If the above recess dimensions for model ‘H’ are adhered to and the walls are plumb, the frame overlap on the wall should be 5mm each side.

Delivery

Teca models offer a vast array of options, so it is not practicable to hold stock in the UK. Therefore, all models are made to order in the factory in Italy for delivery in the UK in approximately 6 – 8 weeks.

Once the cabinet has been delivered into our warehouse we will contact you to finalise delivery arrangements.

Our two-man delivery team will set up your cabinet ready to switch on and remove the packaging. You can switch on the cabinet once it has settled in place for 2 hours (to protect the compressor after moving the cabinet).

Delivery does not include fitting the cabinet into furniture and if a third man or lifting equipment is required, this will be chargeable.
