Model Palace has two temperature zones. The main compartment for long-term storage of all types of wine - reds, whites and champagnes at perfect cellar temperature, 12 degrees Celsius. The lower compartment for keeping whites and champagnes at perfect serving temperature, 7 degrees Celsius.

Model Palace is equipped with both cooling and heating functions. This enables this versatile wine cabinet to be kept in any weatherproof location, regardless of the ambient temperature. The storage shelves are in attractive beech wood and each can be either fixed or sliding for easy access to the wine bottles. Wine is stored in layers with up to 77 bottles per layer and additional shelves can be ordered to suit your specific requirements.

The shelf used in the Elegance range is made from attractive solid beech wood. The same shelf can be used either as a sliding shelf for quick and easy access to all bottles, or as a storage shelf with bottles stacked layer upon layer to maximise storage capacity. Please note that the only means of accessing those bottles on the lower layers is by first removing the layers above. Extra shelves £90 per set of two shelves.
